Welcome to day 1! On Day 1 all you need to do is watch the "Dribble Technique and Mechanics" video as well as take "The Ball Handling Test" and record all of your scores. Tomorrow you will start with the first "Boost Workout" as well as practice all the drills included in the the test, but it's not necessary for you to record your scores for the test again until Day 7.
